After booking your appointment, you will receive an email with mandatory forms to complete. Please make sure to complete ALL forms prior to your appointment to avoid having to re-schedule due to incomplete forms.

This convenient in-office test helps identify potential food sensitivities that may be contributing to symptoms such as bloating, fatigue, skin concerns, headaches, or inflammation.
You’ll come in for a quick finger-prick blood sample, which will be sent to our partnered lab for analysis. Once your results are available, well call to schedule a 15-minute telehealth visit with Dr. Jessi to review your findings, discuss how your body may be responding to certain foods, and outline personalized next steps to support your health and nutrition goals.
The cost of the panel is paid directly to the testing company and is separate from the visit/finger-prick administration fee of $175.
