Do not book this appointment unless you have already had a lab draw.

The initial consultation includes a complete history and physical. In addition, we will go through each lab one by one, so you understand where you stand with your health. This visit is more than just a testosterone consultation, we will also discuss vitamin and supplement counseling.

Total cost for labs and initial consultation: $250 (due at time of lab draw)
Initial cost also includes 1st month of testosterone injections.

Testosterone Optimization Therapy: If you qualify and wish to proceed with testosterone optimization therapy, we will then initiate treatment (including your first dose of testosterone) and schedule follow-up visits scheduled every 8-12 weeks depending on your symptoms and labs. 

You have two options for treatment:
Clinic Injections: Schedule weekly visits to receive an injection of your testosterone in the clinic with trained RNs.  No need to keep supplies at home or worry about having to administer the testosterone yourself.
Testosterone home supply: If you wish to self-administer your testosterone injections at home, there is an additional cost involved. This option is for those that do not want to report to the clinic every week and are comfortable with drawing up their own testosterone. Shipping and supplies are included.

Your initial Medical Weight Loss visit at Palmetto Revive is a comprehensive, medically focused consultation.
During this appointment, we will:

• Review your health history, lifestyle, and prior weight loss efforts
• Discuss metabolic and hormonal factors that affect weight
• Review labs (or order labs if needed)
• Outline a personalized weight loss strategy based on your goals

This visit is educational and evaluative. Medications may be discussed but are prescribed only when clinically appropriate. Most patients require lab work before starting treatment.
