By booking with Luxe Wellness and Aesthetics, PLLC, you agree to the fee indicated for your scheduled service. A credit or debit card is required to confirm your appointment. If a card is not saved on file, our staff will contact you within 24 hours of scheduling.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee, and no-shows will also be charged a $50 fee.
Some services require a $50 deposit at booking. Deposits are applied toward treatment unless the appointment is canceled late or missed, in which case the deposit is non-refundable.

Member Responsibility Members agree to provide and maintain accurate, up-to-date billing and contact information Policy Updates Luxe Wellness and Aesthetics, PLLC reserves the right to modify membership terms, services, and pricing at any time
The Membership is a 12-month commitment that begins on the day of purchase.
Pre-authorization for monthly credit card drafts is required.
Monthly Membership fees are drafted on a 30-day rolling basis and are withdrawn on the same calendar day each month.
After the initial 12-month term, the membership will become month-to-month.
Membership pricing is non-transferrable and is for the Member?s use only.
Facial will rollover to next month. You may only bank 2 facials during your 12 month membership.
Membership does not guarantee appointment time or provider availability.
To cancel a Membership after the 12-month initial term, a written notice of termination must be submitted by email, at least 30-days before the next billing cycle to [email protected].
You may downgrade with a 30-day written notice to [email protected].
You may upgrade at any time with notice.
If a membership is canceled before completing the initial 12-month agreement:
A $199 cancellation fee will be charged.
Services will not rollover to the next month.
No cash refunds will be given for services not used.
Any Membership fee that is returned for insufficient funds, expired or incorrect card information is considered past-due. Once a Membership is considered past-due:
Membership discounts will not be available for use until the balance is paid up to, and including, the current month due.
Membership accounts that are past-due for >30 days will be terminated and subject to the cancellation conditions stated above.
For purposes of identification and billing, you agree to provide Luxe Wellness and Aesthetics, PLLC current, accurate, complete, and updated information including your name, address, telephone number, and applicable payment data. You agree to notify Luxe Wellness and Aesthetics, PLLC promptly of any changes in your information, including your payment data.
Luxe Wellness and Aesthetics, PLLC has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time for any reason at its discretion, including services and discounts offered.
