Initial visit for Women's hormone replacement therapy
Requirements for scheduling:
- Labs are required for this appointment. These can be scheduled through our clinic or previous labs that include a hormone panel within the last year can be used to establish care. 
- If you are still regularly menstruating; these labs need to be done in your luteal phase, days 19-21 (please call if you have any questions)

**Please note this appointment is $200 whether you choose to move forward with treatment or not
