Once you complete your booking, our team will confirm your appointment. You will then receive a text or email with links to start your intake forms and consent paperwork. During your visit, you’ll receive a video introduction followed by a telehealth exam with one of our practitioners. If approved, a personalized treatment plan will be created for you, and our onsite staff will help implement the plan and discuss the next steps. You’ll also have monthly follow-up exams and weigh-ins, during which the practitioner will assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
