Beginning March 16th, 2026, updated follow-up rates will take effect:

• Weight Management Follow-Up (30 min): $149

• Men’s Health Follow-Up (30 min): $149

• Wellness Follow-Up (30 min): $149

 

This adjustment allows us to:

• Maintain extended, unhurried appointments

• Continue providing individualized treatment planning 

• Provide comprehensive lab interpretation and recommendation

• Have the ability to offer prior authorization for medications as the insurance landscape changes for weight loss medications

?• Sustain long-term, relationship-based care without compromising quality

 

If you have appointments scheduled beyond the effective date, they will be honored at the updated rate.
