This in-office procedure is designed to reduce the size, thickness, firmness, and discoloration of hypertrophic scars, keloids, and post-surgical scar tissue. Using a combination of Triamcinolone (Kenalog), a potent anti-inflammatory corticosteroid, and 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU), an anti-fibrotic agent, the treatment works by softening the scar tissue, minimizing collagen overgrowth, and improving skin appearance and texture.
This therapy is especially helpful for patients with:

• Thick, raised surgical scars (e.g., tummy tuck, breast lift, C-section, BBL)
• Painful or itchy keloids
