Any cancellations with less than 24 business hours notice will incur a missed appointment fee.  

For NEW PATIENT appointments only:

We schedule additional time for new patients because we are committed to helping you! Please understand that no-shows or last minute cancellations prevent us from effectively serving the community As such, we require a $50 deposit.  You must provide a credit card to hold your appointment.  You will not be charged unless you fail to provide at least 24 business hours notice of changes or cancellation.  

If you have acupuncture benefits for us to file with your insurance please include your policy details.  Many insurers place limitations or conditions on coverage and benefits must be verified.  We don't want any surprises with billing either! Benefits are not a guarantee of coverage.
