WE HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON!

This visit focuses on preventive care and maintaining long-term health for patients already established with our practice. (25 mins)

We review updates to your health history, perform your annual gynecologic exam, complete recommended screenings, and reassess wellness goals based on your current stage of life. This visit is designed to keep your care proactive, streamlined, and personalized year after year. This visit is best for returning patients due for routine preventive care.
Your first visit with us is designed to be comprehensive, unrushed, and personalized. (50 mins)

During this appointment, we take time to understand your full health story—from menstrual and reproductive history to hormones, metabolism, lifestyle, and long-term wellness goals. You’ll receive a focused physical exam (if appropriate), thoughtful discussion of concerns, and a customized care plan that may include labs, prescriptions, imaging, or specialist referrals when needed.

This visit lays the foundation for a collaborative relationship and a care plan tailored specifically to you.
