Important Scheduling Note:When booking, please select an appointment date at least 7-10 days out to allow time for your labs to be completed before your visit.
After booking, your lab requisition will be sent within 2 business days. Complete your labs at CPL (cash pay) or using your insurance at LabCorp or Quest. Your consultation fee of $250 is collected at the time of booking. We will reach out after booking with everything you need to get started.
