A quick note before you book with us!
Because our practice is boutique (and spots are precious!), all visits must be approved by the practice before scheduling is finalized.
This is to ensure your time is well spent by booking an initial appointment with us.
When you request an appointment, you will be guided to a new page. On this page, you will be asked for name, address, and payment information.

Visits are non refundable. However, we understand conflicts occur. We will be happy to accommodate rescheduling appointments as necessary. If a conflict occurs, please call or text the office at 704.741.9326 so that we can help address the issue.

There is also a place where patients please share a little bit about why they would like to be seen. Please be sure to fill this part out.
This helps us make sure your visit is the right fit. If we need to chat more, we give you a call before confirming. Once approved, your credit card will be charged and your spot is officially yours.
 

Please be advised we that because we are a cash based practice we, unfortunately, are not able to work with medicare patients at this time. You will be asked whether or not you have medicare on your new patient forms and we will confirm this with insurance and additional back end oversight.
