This is a free 15 minute phone call with the nurse practitioner to discuss your goals & what you are seeking help with. We will review the services offered at Innovate Wellness and how they may help you in your journey to improve your health.  We can answer any questions you may have about the practice and how you can get started if you decide to proceed.

This is a 15 minute appointment to have your labs drawn. 

This is a 90 minute visit to review your lab results, discuss your symptoms and review your history. We will also discuss recommended supplements and a treatment plan.
