Comprehensive Intake Package
Step 1: Schedule your 1st 30 minute appointment which is an intake visit where we will review your symptoms, collect any additional information needed and discuss your lab draw. Once your appointment is confirmed you will receive an email with consents and intake forms that will need to be filled out prior to that visit and information on registering for our portal. Step 2: After the initial 30 minute visit you will get your labs drawn. The labs will need to be fasting and between the hours of 8-10 am. These can be drawn at our clinic or at Labcorp. We recommend making an appt if you go to Labcorp versus walking in.
The customized lab panel includes:
Metabolic Health: Fasting glucose, insulin, HbA1c, CBC, CMP
Hormone Optimization: Thyroid panel (including antibodies), sex hormones
Nutrient Status: Vitamin D, B12, and iron panel
Inflammation & Wellness Markers: CRP, uric acid, cortisol
Step 3: Once your lab results are back we will schedule your comprehensive visit which is 60 minutes. We will review in detail your lab results and explain how the results correlate with the symptoms you are experiencing. A detailed review of your medical history, symptom assessment from a functional perspective, evaluation of lifestyle, nutrition and stress-level along with your lab results will help us develop a plan to achieve your personal health goals and priorities. We will provide a treatment plan that outlines the recommended supplements and possibly compounded medications like progesterone, estrogen, testosterone, GLP-1's, etc. We will review the program options available at Innovate Wellness Carolina and guide you in investing in your health!
