This lab-based assessment is designed to thoroughly evaluate key hormonal markers including (but not limited to) estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid function, and cortisol, along with foundational lab and vitamin levels. This panel is recommended for individuals experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, weight fluctuations, mood changes, brain fog, low libido, or disrupted sleep—among many other signs of potential hormonal imbalance.
Early identification and correction of these imbalances can promote optimal wellness and help reduce the risk of long-term chronic disease. This visit includes a detailed symptom review, comprehensive lab interpretation, and a personalized treatment plan when clinically appropriate.
This visit is designed to evaluate your current health status and determine the most effective weight loss strategy tailored to your needs. During the consultation, we will review your medical history, lifestyle, nutrition habits, and weight-related symptoms. If appropriate, lab work may be ordered to assess for underlying contributors such as hormonal imbalances, insulin resistance, or nutrient deficiencies.
Treatment options—including weight loss medications—will be discussed, and a personalized plan will be created to support safe, sustainable results. Education on nutrition, movement, and long-term strategies for metabolic health is also included.
This follow-up visit is designed to assess progress on your current weight loss plan, monitor for side effects, and make adjustments as needed. We will review weight trends, symptoms, nutrition, activity, and any lab results if applicable. Medication dosing may be adjusted based on your response and goals. Continued education and support will be provided to help you stay on track and achieve long-term success.
This visit is intended to monitor your response to bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. We will review your current symptoms, assess progress, evaluate any recent lab work, and make adjustments to your treatment plan as needed. Ongoing support and education will be provided to ensure optimal hormone balance, symptom relief, and long-term wellness.
