PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Failure to provide notice 48 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a cancellation fee (full charge of the appointment) UNLESS we are able to fill your spot; then there will be no charge. We strictly enforce the cancellation policy. IMPORTANT: For Monday appointments, we need to be alerted of any cancellations before 4 p.m on the Thursday prior. For Tuesday appointments, we need to be alerted of any cancellations before 4 p.m. on the Friday prior. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will still be expected to pay (in full) for your missed appointment. We donate half of all our cancellation fees to a scholarship fund we have set up for graduating grade 12 students from Dartmouth High School entering healthcare related education.
PAYMENT: We do not direct bill to private insurance companies. Visits with our licensed naturopathic doctors are covered by most extended health care benefits. Please check with your provider for more information. We do require a credit card for bookings, however we will not charge the card until the morning of your visit.

As a functional medicine provider, our naturopathic doctors goal is to resolve the underlying causes of your symptoms with minimal side effects for long lasting results. During your first visit we will focus on gathering information about your symptoms and health concerns, previous medications and diagnoses. We will request all relevant past medical tests and information, making further testing recommendations if indicated. In subsequent visits, we will designs a treatment plan specifically targeted for your needs, monitor you progress, and fine-tune your diet, treatments, and therapies for maximum results. Facial Rejuvenation Visit (up to 60 min) Please note you must book an initial naturopathic visit as your first session for your intake and intiial acupuncture session.
This is a 45 minute sessions that starts with a reading of your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) via a 3 lead EKG before a relaxing session on a PEMF mat with acupuncture and gentle electrical stimulation of the ear to tone up your Vagus Nerve and reset your nervous system. Instructions for at home Vagal Nerve exercises are given including the option to bring home a transcutaneous Vagal Nerve stimulator for daily support.
Note: Only book this if you are an existing or previous patient of the clinic. This visit is to determine your requirements for B12 and subsequent treatment plan, there will be no B12 injections in this visit.
