Payment Notice: We are a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance. A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking and will be kept securely on file. This card may be charged after your appointment for the visit fee, any applicable medication costs, or for no-show/cancellation fees as outlined below. By continuing with your booking, you consent to having your card kept on file.
 

Cancellation/ No-Show Policy: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time or do not attend, a $40 late cancellation/no-show fee will apply. The card on file will be charged for this fee. To modify or reschedule your appointment, please text the clinic or send a message through the Patient Portal.
 

Eligibility Requirements: At this time, we are only able to provide services to patients who are 18 years of age or older and physically located in Alabama. Please have driver's license available at time of appointment.

Based on our conversation, we’ll order comprehensive lab work to assess hormone levels and other key markers. However, we will explore both lifestyle changes along with supplementation and medication options that may help stimulate your body’s natural testosterone production. If you need to reschedule, please text or message through the patient portal so we can adjust your appointment without the $75 fee being applied again.

This appointment is intended for the evaluation and treatment of mild, non-emergency acute illnesses. During the visit, we can assess and manage conditions such as bronchitis, cough, sore throat, sinus infections, strep throat, nausea, vomiting, and other similar symptoms.

Please note, if you are experiencing more serious symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, high fever, severe abdominal pain, uncontrolled bleeding, confusion, or any other urgent or potentially life-threatening condition, you should seek immediate care at an urgent care clinic or emergency room, as these require in-person evaluation and may not be suitable for this type of visit.

Sick Visit or On Demand Telehealth- Established Patient $ 40.00
This appointment is intended for the evaluation and treatment of mild, non-emergency acute illnesses. During the visit, we can assess and manage conditions such as urinary tract infections (UTIs), bronchitis, cough, sore throat, sinus infections, pink eye, strep throat, nausea, vomiting, and other similar symptoms. Please note, if you are experiencing more serious symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, high fever, severe abdominal pain, uncontrolled bleeding, confusion, or any other urgent or potentially life-threatening condition, you should seek immediate care at an urgent care clinic or emergency room, as these require in-person evaluation and may not be suitable for this type of visit.
