This 30-minute virtual follow-up visit is designed to check in on your progress, review lab results if needed, and make any necessary adjustments to your hormone replacement plan—so you continue feeling balanced, supported, and at your best.

This 30-minute in-person follow-up visit gives us the opportunity to assess your progress, review any recent lab work, and fine-tune your hormone replacement therapy plan to ensure it’s working optimally for you.

During this 60-minute virtual visit, we’ll take a thorough look at your health history, lifestyle, and any symptoms you may be experiencing that could point to Low T—such as fatigue, low libido, or mood changes. Together, we’ll determine if testosterone replacement therapy is right for you and create a personalized plan to help you feel your best.

If you have had labs drawn within the past 90 days, we will review them to determine if additional testing is needed. If recent labs are not available or are incomplete, we will provide an order for the necessary tests following your consultation.
