• Credit Card Required to Book: A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment time, but your card will not be charged today. Payment will only be collected at the time of your service or in accordance with our cancellation policy.

• Telehealth Availability: We currently provide comprehensive virtual care to patients located in Ohio and Florida.
   

• Lab Testing & Medications: Please note that the cost of required laboratory biomarker panels and your custom compounding prescriptions are billed separately from your care packages.
   

• New Patients: If you are new to the practice, we highly recommend selecting The 6-Week Metabolic Jumpstart or one of our foundational Commitment Memberships to secure your deep-dive initial consultation.
