This package is designed for those who want to keep it simple when it comes to investing in your care! We offer a monthly membership for your full care which includes your comprehensive in-person and phone visits, unlimited messages, texts, follow up questions, educational materials/videos, and much more. You will have discounts on specialty labs for your functional medicine and hormone testing as well as access to discounts on supplements and treatment with compounded medications if needed. Our appointments are typically 60 minutes for a thorough approach! You start with your new patient consultation which involves a comprehensive history, review of symptoms, physical exam, introduction to functional and integrative medicine, bio identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) practices. In this visit we will take time to go over your completed intake form, any prior lab/imaging studies, previous treatments, and start working immediately on ways to improve your overall health and wellness. Follow up appointments are in person and can also be done by phone depending on patient preference and need. This package is starting at $150.00 per month (less than your comcast or cell phone bill!) and worth every penny. We do require a minimum of 1 year for first memberships as it can take time to work on treatment plans and allow your body time to respond to some treatments. You can't rush a good thing!
