All new patients begin with a consultation (video or in-person).
Prescriptions are sent to your preferred pharmacy and are typically covered by insurance.
Labs may be done through insurance or via discounted cash pricing.
An in-person visit is required before starting testosterone.
Lab orders are placed after your consultation.

First Video Visit : Start Here (New Patients) For new patients who prefer to begin care via VIDEO

We’ll discuss your health history, current symptoms, and goals to create a personalized treatment plan. After your visit, you’ll receive a written summary with tailored recommendations, education, and clear next steps. Important: After booking, you’ll receive an email with your video link to use at the scheduled time and the required pre-appointment paperwork. Your appointment is not confirmed until your pre-appointment forms are completed. All forms must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. You must be located in the state of Louisiana at the time of your visit.

In-person Follow-up Visits for Established Members

In-Person Testosterone Follow-Up / Pre-Start Visit (30 minutes). This 30-minute visit is for established patients who are either:

Already on testosterone therapy and need to meet in-person once per year, or
Have already completed a telehealth new-patient visit and are ready for an in-person appointment before starting testosterone.

If you’re new to the clinic and have not had your initial visit with us, please schedule a New Patient appointment (virtual or in-person) instead.
Patients currently on Tier 1 (Essential) membership who book this visit will need to upgrade to Tier 2 (Comprehensive) for ongoing testosterone care. Payment for the additional membership charges must be completed before your appointment.
