This is an appointment for anyone who does not want to do self-injections at home. This will allow you time with a nurse to be given your shot weekly. This visit will be scheduled weekly.

This is to pick up your medication for monthly at home injections after you have either done an initial consultation, are microdosing, or have had a GLP-1 monthly visit.

This is for all microdosing patients after their initial consult. This will be for medication pick up and for time to meet with a nurse to discuss any questions or concerns and take vital signs. 
GLP-1 Monthly Check In Visit $ 0.00
This appointment is to meet with a nurse to discuss how medications have been going, check vital signs, and answer any questions that you may have. This visit will help the nurse to know which medication dosage needs to be ordered. After this visit you will schedule a GLP-1 Medication pick up for the following week. This should be scheduled on week four of your GLP-1 medication injections.
