During this one-on-one session, your Patient Concierge will carefully review your intake forms, health history, current symptoms, and personal health goals to ensure nothing is overlooked. We’ll help organize the full picture of your health, provide foundational education, and answer questions so you feel informed, supported, and confident moving forward.

This visit also prepares you for a highly productive provider consultation by outlining your care pathway, exploring membership options when appropriate, and assisting with scheduling your comprehensive medical consult.

By the end of this appointment, you’ll have clarity on next steps, a clear plan in motion, and the reassurance that your care is thoughtfully organized, so your provider visit can be focused, efficient, and personalized from day one.

Now that you’re enrolled in our Blueprint membership program, this initial appointment marks an important next step on your path to better health. During your visit with a Patient Concierge, we’ll take time to review your intake forms in detail, discuss your health history and goals, and provide foundational education to help set the stage for your care.

Following this visit, we’ll assist you in scheduling a follow-up appointment with one of our medical providers. During that provider visit, a personalized laboratory testing plan may be developed if appropriate, and your customized treatment strategy will begin to take shape.
