Step 1 Of 3

This telehealth visit is the first step in a personalized, medically guided weight management journey. The purpose of this consultation is to carefully assess your health, goals, and history to determine whether a weight management program is appropriate and, if so, what the safest and most effective approach may be for you.
During this visit, we will:
  • Review current body metrics and relevant health information
  • Discuss medical history, medications, lifestyle factors, and prior weight loss efforts
  • Screen for contraindications and safety considerations
  • Explore realistic goals and expectations
  • Determine appropriate next steps based on your individual health profile
This appointment is educational and evaluative in nature. Weight loss medications are not guaranteed and are only considered when clinically appropriate and safe. If a medical weight management plan is recommended, we will review available options and outline the most suitable path forward.
Following this visit, a weight management membership may be selected if appropriate. Membership options and pricing vary based on the specific medication and level of care recommended, as medication costs differ depending on the treatment plan.
This visit prioritizes safety, informed decision-making, and long-term health — not one-size-fits-all solutions.

Hormone management follow-up visits are focused appointments for patients who are already established in care. These visits are designed to assess how you are responding to your current treatment plan and to make thoughtful, evidence-based adjustments as needed.
During a follow-up visit, we may:
  • Review changes in symptoms, energy, mood, sleep, or cycle patterns
  • Discuss response to current hormone therapy and any side effects
  • Review and interpret laboratory results when applicable
  • Adjust medication dosing or treatment plans as clinically appropriate
  • Provide education and guidance for the next phase of care
  • Determine timing for future labs or follow-up visits
These appointments are more targeted than the initial consultation and focus on optimization, safety, and long-term balance rather than evaluation from scratch.
Hormone therapy is continually reassessed to ensure it remains appropriate and safe. Treatment adjustments are individualized and based on clinical response, lab findings, and overall health considerations.
