Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At states + main, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $50 fee. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments and will only be charged if applicable fees or deposits are required. Thank you for respecting our providers' time and allowing us to provide exceptional care to every client!
 

Please Note: Appointment Locations

states + main is currently operating out of three separate locations. Our Registered Nurses, Master Esthetician, and Nurse Practitioner each practice at different locations. Please be sure to review your appointment confirmation for your provider's specific address before your visit. We look forward to welcoming you!
