When booking online, you will be asked to pre pay for your visit. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our Cancellation and Refund Policies outlined below.
Appointments changed or canceled with less than 2 business days’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled visit.
Please note: our clinic is closed on weekends and statutory holidays, which do not count as business days.
A credit card will be securely held on file and charged for any appointment changes or cancellations that do not meet the 48?hour business day requirement.
You will receive an email notification prior to any charges being processed.
Any other charges to your credit card will only be made with your explicit authorization.
Appointments canceled with at least 2 business days’ notice may be refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Appointments canceled with less than 2 business days’ notice are non refundable, except under special approval.
Once a claim has been submitted to an insurance provider, refunds cannot be issued.
Certain consultations (e.g., hormone therapy) are non refundable.
All refunds are subject to approval.

After this appointment, you will receive a personalized plan of action that includes lifestyle recommendations, a meal plan, supplement guidance, and physical movement suggestions focusing on yoga poses.
