This service if for ESTABLISHED PATIENTS desiring a wellness exam for their child who is presenting for their
4mo, 6mo or 9mo wellness exam. 

This service is for NEW PATIENTS for a Well Child Check Up for all ages 12mo+.

*All testing, if any, will be an additional cost and discussed ?before collection. 

A child who is ill with various conditions such as:

- new onset rash* 

- fever

- new onset headache

- sore throat

- cough, congestion

- new onset fatigue

- Ear pain/drainage 

- Eye drainage/redness*

- weight/growth checks (not "sick")

Required for most school-aged kids who plan to participate in sports, marching band, sport leagues, certain camps, etc.

Any established or concern for a chronic condition (ADHD, ADD, Depression/Mood disorders, Anxiety, PANS/PANDAs, gut concerns, Lab reviews, Eczema, parasites, mold exposure, thyroid concerns, growth concerns, stool concerns, environmental allergens, etc.)


Where we address:

- root-cause of the illness (testing is likely involved) 

- lengthy history assessed to ensure provider understanding and likely connections of cause of concern

- review of previous labs, as needed

This visit is an in-depth time to dive deep into the overall history and health of your child. Wonderful for those who want, and perhaps need, additional time to visit with our provider. Common suggestions, but not limited to, for this length/type of visit are - 

• Mental health concerns - depression, sadness, negative associations or thoughts
• Autism / developmental concerns
• PANS/PANDAs concerns 
• In depth Vaccine Discussion

$150 for the first 3 warts, then additional $25 per additional wart removed/assessed. 
Clean procedure conducted with use of iodine and alcohol to clean wart sites, Cryotherapy sprayed to sites for wart-freezing, use of a scalpel to remove wart head, proper wound education discussed during visit. 

Usually 2 visits are needed. 1 appt, then another about 2wks after.

A 30min time slot to discuss vaccines for your child.
