This appointment includes a full evaluation to determine if GLP1 or GLP-1/GIP medications are appropriate for you. We review your medical history, weight loss goals, current medications, labs (if available) and previous treatments.

Convenient care from the comfort of pts home for a variety of minor illnesses and concerns. No insurance needed. Will evaluate, diagnose and prescribe treatment as appropriate for most non-emergency conditions. Common conditions include: URI, Ear pain, ear infections, UTIs, rashes, skin conditions, pink eye, cough, congestion, sore throat, Sinus infections. 

Our monthly GLP-1 follow up visits are designed to help you stay on track with your weight loss goals while ensuring your treatment remains safe and effective. We will review your progress, discuss side effects or concerns and make adjustments to your dosage or plan if needed. 

Initial consultation is designed to help you begin your personalized weight loss journey safely and effectively. During the visit you will meet with a licensed provider via telemedicine to review your medical history, current health status and weight loss goals. Based on evaluation and eligibility, an appropriate oral weight loss medication may be prescribed to support your goals. Prescription provided if medically appropriate. Your provider will also discuss healthy lifestyle changes, side effect management and follow up options.

Convenient , personalized primary care brought directly to your home. This service includes a full medical evaluation in the comfort of your space, ideal for patients who prefer private, one on one care, have limited mobility, or value concierge style health care.

During your visit, we can assess symptoms, review medical history, manage chronic conditions, provide preventative care, refill medications when appropriate, and address acute concerns such as infections, minor illnesses or injuries. 

In home primary care helps with:

• Routine health evaluations
• Management of chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, thyroid, etc.)
• Medication review and refills (when clinically appropriate
• Preventative care & wellness guidance
• Acute issues such as allergies, sinus infections, rashes, minor illness, etc. 
• Follow up visits and ongoing care plans 

Your visit includes a comprehensive assessment, personalized treatment plan, basic labs including CBC, CMP, TSH (thyroid) , A1c (diabetes) and lipid panel (cholesterol), direct communication and follow up questions. 

Not an emergency service. Patients must be located in Corpus Christi area (surrounding areas will be an additional $45 charge for travel) and medically appropriate for in home treatment. 
 In home consultation includes medication review, physical assessment, cost of basic labs CBC, CMP, TSH, A1c and Lipid panel. Additional labs may be extra. Prescriptions sent if eligible. This clinic does not write for narcotic medications. 

This virtual follow up visit is designed for patients who have already established care and need continued management of ongoing health concerns. During your telemedicine appointment, we review your progress, symptoms, medications, lab results (if available), and response to previous treatment plans. 

This visit can help with: 

• Management of chronic conditions (hypertension, Diabetes, thyroid, etc). 
• Reviewing lab results and adjusting treatment plans
• Medication refills (when clinically appropriate) 
• Monitoring response to new medications or recent changes
• Follow up after-care an acute illness or previous home/telehealth visit
• Discussing ongoing health goals and preventative care

You will receive updated recommendations, medication adjustments if needed, and a personalized plan moving forward, all from the comfort of your home.
