If you are interested in weight loss medication or testing for root cause weight problems. We will discuss your options and go over your health history.

Note: Once you book a time (this is just to fill out your forms,  not a real appointment), you will receive an invitation to the patient portal. There, you will fill out your information and the Functional Intake form.  You will receive a notice when I have reviewed your information, and then we can proceed with a zoom call to discuss a plan.

Up to one hour to discuss your current health concerns and history, to see if the Functional Medicine/Integrative Program is right for you. Functional medicine is a different approach than conventional medicine, it looks for the root cause of symptoms, rather than using medications to mask your symptoms. It also recognizes that each patient is biologically unique and treatment is personalized. Functional/Integrative Medicine is a perfect blend of holistic and modern medicine/testing. We support the connection between the mind, body, and Spirit.
Some examples of what we utilize in our program: 
1. specialty testing such as GI Map (gut test), hormone, DNA analysis, heavy metals/toxin panel, parasite, inflammation, nutrient deficiency
2. nutritional/exercise support/plans and education
3. peptide therapy, detox protocols, customized supplements and treatments, prescription meds if needed
4. 1:1 health counseling and support from nurse practitioner
