You will start with a 90 minute comprehensive intake visitwith your doctor, followed by a 60 minute visit monthly for 5 months. You can choose to pay the full $3000 upfront or pay $1000 upfront followed by $400 per month for 5 months. You won't be charged until your initial visit is complete.
