Medically Assisted Weight Loss Initial Intake 60 Min $ 100.00

This initial appointment is for new patients seeking medical weight loss services. During this visit, we will review your health history, weight loss challenges, lifestyle factors, and goals. A comprehensive evaluation will be performed to determine candidacy for medical weight management. Treatment options, including lifestyle strategies, lab evaluation, and prescription medications, will be discussed as appropriate.

No medications are guaranteed at this visit.
Treatment plans are individualized and based on clinical appropriateness.

Initial Appointment Scheduling Requirement: BMI of 30 or greater or, BMI of 27 or higher with a secondary health condition (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or sleep apnea). If you have questions, please call or text prior to scheduling (541) 305-8722.
