Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or no-show appointments, will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Medically Assisted Weight Loss Initial Labs Draw 15 Min $ 0.00

This visit is for the initial lab draw for Medically Assisted Weight Loss patients planning on receiving care through our clinic. During this appointment, we will draw your initial lab panel for review at your intake appointment.

Please arrive fasting for your lab appointment. We recommend no food for 8–12 hours prior to your visit. Water is encouraged, and you may continue taking prescribed medications unless otherwise directed by your provider. Please schedule your appointment accordingly.

Please Note: Initial lab cost is $100 and payment is due at the time of service.

Treatment is not guaranteed. A plan of care will be determined at your comprehensive intake evaluation.
