While recent labs are helpful, we can always discuss the appropriate ones after your appointment if needed.

The visit fee is $200 ($67/month) for each 3–month supply of medication. Your prescription will be electronically sent to the pharmacy you choose on the same day each month, and a virtual follow–up visit is required every three months to continue receiving medication.

Structured clinical interview following DSM–5 criteria:
For those 17 and older: five or more symptoms, with onset before age 12, seen in multiple settings (e.g., work, home, school).
Standardized ADHD symptom questionnaires to measure severity and persistence.
Documentation of childhood onset, functional impairment, and rule-out of other conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression)
Feedback session: Summary of results and treatment recommendations.
If a diagnosis is made, you will also receive a 1–month supply of medication. After a one month check-in, a virtual follow–up (renewal) visit is required every three months to continue receiving the medication. Your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy on the same day each month.
A comprehensive physical is a detailed evaluation of your overall health. It includes a review of your medical history, a full physical exam, and recommended lab testing tailored to your needs. This visit focuses on prevention, early detection, and long-term wellness — ensuring no detail is overlooked in supporting your health goals.
Management of chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, thyroid and cholesterol disorders, asthma, ADHD, COPD, and other long-term health concerns if not addressed in comprehensive exam.
Refills are available for daily medications not otherwise managed during your physical or chronic disease visits. Please note, chronic pain medications are not prescribed or refilled through this service.
