Appointments are available online until 2:00 AM. If “No slots available” appears for a selected date, we are fully booked for that day. For after midnight bookings, please look to the next day, and select the AM hours of that day.
Some specialty or higher-cost medications (such as antivirals/inhalers) may have a small additional fee. X-ray and cardiac testing are not available on-site. Bracing and outpatient imaging orders provided if needed.

We are a self-pay clinic and do not bill insurance.
Easy drop-off in front. Meters just outside. During Cubs games, rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is often easiest. X-ray not available on-site. Cardiac concerns (including chest pain or palpitations) are triaged and referred to the ER, as ECG services are not available.
The visit fee is $175 We typically travel within ~10 minutes of the clinic. If you are outside this area, please call for exact pricing, as additional travel fees may apply.
