Rita will discuss what is required to participate in the program including medical clearance, labs, diet, exercise, medication options, and medication side effects. The plan will be individualized to meet the needs of the client so that you can successfully reach your weight-loss goals.
You can choose an office visit (local resident) or a virtual visit. Once confirmed, you will receive a reminder email with consents and questionnaires. Once payment is received, You will receive an appoitment confirmation for office visit or link for virtual visit.
MEDICAL CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED BEFORE STARTING THE PROGRAM
