We accept a variety of payment options including HSA/FSA, credit card, exact cash or check. Most insurance companies will allow you to submit paperwork, which we will provide, for up to 70% out of network reimbursement. Basic Annual Exam: This visit includes a routine wellness check with a breast and pelvic exam, Pap smear (if due), and preventive health screenings. This appointment is for patients without any new or ongoing health concerns. If you have specific problems to discuss, please schedule a separate acute problem visit or comprehensive problem visit.

Ideal for patients seeking both preventive care and support with sustainable weight management.

We will review your medical history, discuss contributing factors, and explore personalized treatment options—including nutrition, activity, medications, and lab work if appropriate.

Acute Problem Visit: This appointment is for evaluation of a new or urgent issue such as urinary tract infection symptoms, breast lump, vaginitis symptoms, STD testing, or other sudden symptoms. It focuses on one main concern. If you have multiple or complex issues, a longer visit is needed, and we ask that you book the next level appointment (Problem Visit - Comprehensive).
Problem Visit – Comprehensive: This visit is for evaluation and discussion of one or more ongoing, complex, or non-urgent health concerns that require more time and attention. Examples include chronic pelvic pain, chronic sexual pain, abnormal bleeding, or multiple symptoms. This extended visit allows for in-depth assessment, discussion of testing, and treatment planning.
Contraceptive Counseling Visit: This visit is for discussing birth control options based on your lifestyle, health history, and reproductive goals. We’ll review hormonal and non-hormonal methods, including pills, patches, IUDs, implants, and more, to help you choose the best option for you. Placement procedures (like IUD or implant insertion) will require a separate visit. If you are due for your annual exam, we are happy to address contraception options at your annual exam visit. This appointment is for patients that are up to date on their annual exam or prefer to not have an annual exam at the moment and are looking to change or initiate contraceptive options. This visit will only discuss contraception options. If you have multiple concerns or issues we ask that you schedule a comprehensive problem visit. We prefer to do this visit in person as having a baseline blood pressure is important before initiating oral contraceptives or a pelvic exam if considering IUD. Under special circumstances we can do this visit Telehealth - contact our front desk and we will see if this is a feasible option for you.
Follow-Up Visit (In-Person): This visit is for established patients needing follow-up on labs, medication management, treatment progress, or previously discussed concerns. It is not intended for new or unrelated issues. Please schedule accordingly if you have additional concerns.
