Welcome to Simply Womens Care! We are honored to be able to care for you in your healthcare journey. ALL VISITS ARE CASH PAY and we do not file insurance. We accept a variety of payment options including HSA/FSA, credit card, exact cash or check. Most insurance companies will allow you to submit paperwork, which we will provide, for up to 70% out of network reimbursement. We do not guarantee the reimbursement, but will do anything to help you obtain it. Please contact us by email or phone with any questions or if you are uncertain what appointment to book, and we are happy to help.
A $75 fee applies to late cancellations (<48 hours) or no-shows. For 90-minute visits, the fee is $175. This policy helps us protect dedicated appointment time, maintain access for other patients, and keep overall costs reasonable. We appreciate your consideration and respect of this policy.
