This is an initial consult to understand your weight management goals and help you attain the best version of yourself possible. Consult fee is paid for first visit: Medicine is calculated and usually sold by the vial.
This is then $350 for my consult and if you choose to begin therapy that medicine is charged separately.
Follow up is arranged thereafter and based on your needs is charged either 100 for 30 minutes or 175 for an hour for comprehensive visits.
If you get to maintenance and need a quick check in and you only need a refill than 50 refill charge and cost of medicine will be charged.
Review labs, continue with symptom management, adjust medications and review goals and symptoms. Labs may be ordered prior to meeting to help optimize time together. Also handouts, journaling and questionnaires may be reviewed. Brief follow up is 25-30 minutes and cost is $90.00; ?
Follow up for weight membership program: this is your second visit with me after 4-8 weeks of therapy. You will be given more medicine if needed and charged separately for that.
