Step 1 Of 3

Curious if Functional Medicine, Kinesiology, or Bioregulatory Medicine is for you?  Want to know how Dr. Cox's approach can better get to the root of your concerns?  Dr. Cox would love to answer these questions and any others you may have.

Through this 15 minute phone call from Dr. Cox, you'll get a good idea if Cornerstone Wellness is a fit for you.

Your Initial Comprehensive Visit sets the course to discovering the root cause of your health concerns.  More complex issues such as autoimmune disease, mold illness, chronic pain, migraines, Lyme disease, chronic fatigue, or other immune deficiencies are best addressed here.  This is accomplished by:
  • Understanding your story not just your history.
  • Using your symptoms to find out which systems are out of balance.
  • Developing a partnership approach to your health with Dr. Cox.
  • Considering your entire health (body, mind, and soul) and not just your body.
During this visit, Dr. Cox will gather the necessary information to develop your individualized plan.  This may include:
  • Reviewing your health history and results of your questionnaires.
  • Performing a physical exam.
  • Determining what labs will be necessary for further insight to your health concerns.
  • Finding your key muscle imbalances.
  • Initiating treatment through soft tissue work.
  • Discussing food plans and which lifestyle changes would be appropriate.
  • Selecting the nutrients that will build up the foundations of your health.
If you are wanting to fully understand why you feel the way you do, and find the freedom and healing you've been seeking, then this is where it begins!

Your Initial Basic Visit is a great start to discovering the root cause of your minor to moderate health concerns (i.e., back pain, headaches, hormones, immune support, digestion issues, etc).

If you are looking for more gentle and longer lasting approach to your structural alignment, natural resolution of your chief concerns, or maintaining good health then this is the visit for you!

Once you've initiated care, maintain your whole body health here.  During these visits we will address body, mind, and soul through optimizing drainage and detox, determining nutrient needs, balancing hormones, strengthening the immune system, implementing food plans, clearing emotions, lifestyle modifications, applying home therapies, and more.  Structural work may be applied during these appointments, but most of the time is focused on the whole body.
Once you've initiated care but don't need as much support, maintain your whole body health here.  The same whole-body health approach is used here as in the 60-minute functional visit but less time is needed.  Structural work may be applied during these appointments, but most of the time is focused on the whole body.  If more intense structural work is needed, then at 15-minute structural visit will need to be added.
This visit is for maintaining your structural health only.
This visit is for maintaining your structural health only and you need more time than the 15 minute visit.
