Welcome to Within Women's Wellness Concierge Healthcare. This subscription service for all women 18 years and above will bring you more autonomy with your healthcare needs. Subscribing to this service will bring you one concierge visit per month. This increased access to care will support your healthcare needs without having to suffer through the over scheduled local clinics or long waits at urgent care (where you may pick up an additional illness!). Feel supported in your health knowing you have personal women's health support from an experienced board certified Nurse Practitioner who also is a member of your Pensacola Community!
This telehealth appointment is to establish care. Together we will review your health history, medications, and healthcare goals so that when you need an office visit we can easily assist you.
Establish Care visit a one time fee $125.00 (new patients only) Existing patients may contact the clinic directly to begin the subscription. Subscription Service $59/month; auto deduct on first of month with a 30 day written cancellation notice. A $25 fee will be added for missed payments.
Additional telehealth or in-clinic office visits will be charged separately; with our Concierge subscribers receiving a 20% discount. Unused visits do not roll over to the next month. The discount cannot be applied to outside services such as labwork.
This is a great way to have a physical health check-up and prevent disease. These visits focus on prevention and do not discuss current "problems". Together we will create SMART goals, nutrition and exercise plans, and review current medications & supplements to ensure the best outcomes for preventative care. Cervical cancer screening may be included in this visit as appropriate.

This in-depth visit establishes care and creates a personalized health plan. We review your medical history, lifestyle factors, symptoms, and goals with a focus on prevention and early detection of disease. This ?visit may be in person or via telehealth (video virtual).

This is a video virtual visit for established clinic patients. Whether to review lab results or to follow up as a routine visit; this convenient virtual option is for you.

Some examples of telehealth appropriate appointments include: UTI’s, yeast infections, acid reflux, common illness, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea, headaches, return to work clearance.
We do not treat chronic pain. Labs ordered as appropriate.
