Book this visit to discuss receiving a Medical Cannabis Certification. Once your eligibility is confirmed, we educate you about medical cannabis and help you develop a treatment plan for your symptoms.

You will also receive an invoice via QuickBooks. The fee is $100 and must be paid prior to appointment.
