Welcome to Midlife Wellness! I am excited you're here. Please select your visit type below. Appointment availability will be shown on the following page. Please note the following:

*If this is your first visit with Midlife Wellness (even if you have seen Lisa Gay in the past at another location) for any reason other than continuation of your current prescriptions, an Initial Evaluation visit is required (exceptions are made for Transfer of Hormone Care visits).
*All visits are conducted through telehealth. You will receive a video link to your visit after booking.
*Appointments are only available in the US Virgin Islands.
*A deposit of $50 is due at the time of booking and the remainder of the visit fee will be charged to the credit card on file upon completion of the visit.
*If you need to pay by cash, check, or Venmo, please contact our office (via the information provided below) to arrange payment and schedule your appointment.
*If you are not able to attend your appointment or need to make a change, we require notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Your deposit will be held as a cancellation fee if less than 24 hours notice is given. You can contact us through your patient portal, at [email protected], or at 804-376-9002 (text is preferred).

Follow Up Visit 30 Min $ 150.00

At your follow up visit we will examine the effectiveness of your treatment plan and make adjustments as needed. We will also continue to explore ways to maximize your health and well being. This visit will last up to 30 minutes.

Initial Evaluation 60 Min $ 300.00

This is our fist visit when we will explore your symptoms and concerns and identify your health priorities. I will help you understand your symptoms and we will discuss strategies for alleviating them through a combination of lifestyle changes and hormone therapy, if indicated and desired. I will teach you how hormone therapy is used, what to expect, as well as potential benefits and side effects. I will create a collaborative plan tailored to your individual symptoms and goals. This visit will last up to 1 hour.

Transfer of Hormone Care 30 Min $ 200.00

A Transfer of Hormone Care visit is an initial visit for women who have already been prescribed hormone therapy or similar treatment by another provider, wish to continue what they're taking, and want to transfer their care to Midlife Wellness. This does not apply to women using pellet therapy as Midlife Wellness does not utilize pellets for hormone therapy. This visit will last up to 30 minutes.
