Choose this service if this is your initial (first) visit for weight loss. We discuss medical history, weight history, weight loss goals, different medication options including oral medications (like metformin, topiramate, wellbutrin, etc.) and injectable medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide (weekly injections). If you havent had lab work done in the last 3 months, labs are ordered during this visit. You will take this order and get these done locally. If all labs are normal we will proceed with the weight loss plan we discussed.
