- Strategic lab testing with expert interpretation
- In-depth review of symptoms, medical history, and goals
- Discussion of the issues you want to improve (sleep, mood, weight gain, libido, cycles, energy, etc.)
- Body composition analysis
- Evaluation for peri/menopause, thyroid, and metabolic causes
- Bioidentical hormone education, risks, and safety overview
- Starter supplement list
- Clear explanation of your next steps and option to move forward with a signature treatment plan
