This is the first step in our new patient onboarding program. You will first come into our office for a comprehensive hormone blood panel with our RN, Ashley.  
These labs are $325.00 
At this time we will then schedule you for your Initial Consult with our NP Emily, which will be about a 45min-60min appt. 

This is for in-office subcutaneous or intramuscular injections like Vitamin D3 or B-12.

This will include a styku scan, a consult, and a prescribed dose of GLP-1.  

This is for autoimmune patients, who are not necessarily looking for weight loss. However are looking at the benefits of GLP-1 options and have already begun the process. 

Typically drawn 2 weeks prior to your next anticipated pellet insertion.  This ensures you are ready for your next pellet and are not stacking hormones.  Choose this ONLY if you are an established patient.

This blood draw is for patient's on thyroid protocol (typically scheduled 8 weeks after initiating thyroid optimization for the first time or a change in thyroid dosing) 

Full panel lab draw for annual review of current HRT patients.  This is an appointment for ESTABLISHED PATIENTS only.
