This is Visit #1 of your 2-part consultation experience. You will meet with the provider via phone/tablet/computer. You will receive an email with instructions, intake paperwork, and a link to consultation meeting. This visit will include the intake, discussion of past history, and treatment goals. At the end of this visit a personalized *lab order will be given to patient which can be drawn at any Labcorp location.

COST: $199 includes 2-part consultation

*Labs: Lab work is an additional cost and either can be purchased directly through Vantage Health at a discounted rate (then drawn at any Labcorp location) OR patient can opt to go to their lab of choice and use their insurance, but no guarantees what will be covered by insurance or cost to patient through the lab of their choice.
