For clients using insurance, benefits must be verified before the appointment can be confirmed. Your appointment will be CANCELED if documents are not received at least 24 hours prior.

A credit card on file is required to hold your appointment; a $75 fee applies to no-shows. Will Charge Only if you Do Not Cancel 24-48 hours prior . Late arrivals may be Rescheduled. 

Long-term benzodiazepine or stimulant prescriptions require assessment and documentation of medical necessity.
