Blood draw appointments are only completed for lab that are ordered by Dr. Dara Denzer, NMD.
If you need to be "fasting" this means you should only consume water for 8 hours prior to the blood draw. 

New Patient. This is the first consultation to discuss health concerns.

You will receive an email with all required paperwork (if any is needed) for the appointment. 
If possible, please complete required paperwork prior to your appointment. 

Established patient. Standard follow-up appointments.
