Ongoing follow-up appointments to monitor progress, adjust medications, and optimize treatment outcomes.  Appointments are typically 15-30 minutes.  

A comprehensive 60- minute diagnostic evaluation to assess symptoms, psychiatric history, medical history, and treatment goals.  Includes individualized treatment planning and medication recommendations when appropriate.
