This is a 20 minute appointment conducted virtually for a direct primary care consultation to review over what direct primary care is and if this is a good fit for you or your family.
There is a general review of health concerns and goals. The provider will not diagnose, treat, or evaluate for conditions on this virtual phone call.
Individuals who sign up for any membership, may receive 20% of for 12 consecutive months. Interruptions in membership following the start of discounted months either due to voluntary cancellation or non-payment will be eligible for re-enrollment but at the regularly posted monthly membership costs.
This 20% discount may extend to a maximum of 4 individuals in the same household pending a review of their healthcare for DPC eligibility.
