A comprehensive preventive exam focused on prevention and early detection.
This exam includes:
  • Routine pap smear based on current guidelines
  • Breast exam
  • Pelvic exam
  • STI screening 
  • Mammogram referral (based on age and individual risk factors)





Personalized Gynecology Visit 30 Min $ 250.00
This visit includes a thorough health history review, pelvic exam if needed, and a personalized care plan. 
Common concerns addressed:
  • Irregular or heavy periods
  • Pain with intimacy
  • Recurrent infections 
  • Bacterial Vaginosis
  • Vaginitis
  • Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
  • Contraceptive Care Management 
PCOS Evaluation Package 45 Min $ 350.00
If you're experiencing irregular periods, weight gain, or other hormonal concerns, 
this comprehensive evaluation is designed for you. The package includes:
  • Thorough review of medical history and concerns
  • Targeted physical exam
  • Hormone panel included and collected (same-day)
  • Personalized treatment plan

Hormone Replacement Therapy Consultation 30 Min $ 350.00
  • A comprehensive visit focused on hormone-related concerns such as perimenopause, menopause, or other imbalances.Includes:
    • Review of medical history and current symptoms
    • Discussion of hormone-related changes
    • Hormone panel included and collected (same-day)
    • Personalized treatment plan 
Weight & Wellness Consultation 30 Min $ 250.00
  • Review of personal health history, lifestyle, and wellness goals
  • Weight, BMI, and blood pressure assessment
  • Personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
  • Basic labs are included with this visit and will be drawn in-office on the same day
Wellness Lab Panel 30 Min $ 200.00
Take a proactive approach to your health with a foundational lab screening designed to identify key areas of concern.
Ideal for women seeking proactive, preventative care in a supportive and convenient setting.

Included in your visit:
  • Basic labs to assess general wellness, this does not include hormone testing
  • Same-day, in-office lab collection
  • 15-minute virtual follow-up consultation to review results
Follow-Up Visit 30 Min $ 150.00
Available via Telehealth, or Phone
For established patients who have already had an in-person visit. This follow-up session is designed to ensure continuity of care and further address any concerns or adjustments. It includes:
  • Review of lab or imaging results and personalized treatment adjustments
  • Addressing specific follow-up concerns or new symptoms
  • Continued management of your health needs
Oasis Diagnostic Visit 30 Min $ 200.00
  • Includes blood draw and personalized care plan.
  • Hormone labs are not included in the consultation fee.Patients have the option to:
    • Use insurance (please note that coverage depends on your specific insurance plan)
    • Self-pay for labs at a rate of $150
  • Please be aware that Oasis Women's Care is not responsible for any lab costs not covered by your insurance provider
  • Currently we collect for Labcorp ONLY
       What to Expect:
  • Appointment time: 15-20 minutes
  • Please arrive well-hydrated, fasting may be required
  • Schedule a virtual follow up for 1 week after lab draw for results
