Each consultation includes:

  • Contraceptive counseling and family planning guidance tailored to your needs
  • Evaluation of symptoms with clinical recommendations
  • A personalized treatment plan
  • Ordering of labs, imaging, or prescriptions when appropriate
  • Referrals to trusted specialists if needed

this comprehensive evaluation is designed for you. The package includes:
  • Thorough review of medical history and concerns
  • Targeted physical exam
  • Hormone lab panel included 

Hormone Replacement Therapy Consultation 30 Min $ 350.00
  • A comprehensive visit focused on hormone-related concerns such as perimenopause, menopause, or other imbalances.Includes:
    • Review of medical history and current symptoms
    • Discussion of hormone-related changes
    • Hormone lab panel included 
Telemedicine Lab Consultation 30 Min $ 150.00
 This visit is ideal for women seeking preventative care and early insight into their health in a convenient, supportive setting.
 What’s included:
  • A brief review of your health history and current concerns
  • Ordering of a general health lab panel to evaluate overall wellness
  • Guidance on next steps based on your health goals
  • Follow-up recommendations once results are available

Follow-Up Visit 30 Min $ 100.00
Available via Telehealth, or Phone
For established patients who have already had an in-person or telemedicine visit. This follow-up session is designed to ensure continuity of care and further address any concerns or adjustments. It includes:
  • Review of lab or imaging results and personalized treatment adjustments
  • Addressing specific follow-up concerns or new symptoms
  • Continued management of your health needs
New Patient Telemedicine Consultation 45 Min $ 200.00
  • Comprehensive review of your health history and current concerns
  • Review of labs (if available)
  • Discussion of symptoms, goals, and individualized recommendations
  • Establishes your care with our practice

ESA Consultation 45 Min $ 325.00
What’s included:
  • Telemedicine evaluation
  • Assessment of symptoms such as anxiety, stress, or depression
  • Review of relevant medical and psychosocial history
  • An ESA letter will be provided following evaluation
