Sacred Health Clinic services are available at the Sacred Collective Hub on Marconi Ave. Services may include hormone optimization, medical weight loss, IV therapy, vitamin injections, and physician-supervised wellness programs. All services are elective and do not replace primary care or emergency medical treatment. Sacred Health Clinic is its own business entity that shared a space inside Sacred Collective. Please complete all required intake forms before your appointment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. 

 

A simple introductory phone call with a member of our team for new patients who are unable to come into the office or prefer to connect remotely. During this call, we’ll learn more about your goals, answer general questions, and help guide you through next steps. We are happy to provide 100% remote services when appropriate.

Appointment Reservation Fee Policy: A $50 appointment reservation fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee may be applied toward medical clearance, administrative intake, provider review, and/or staff time allocated for your appointment.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, the $50 reservation fee is non-refundable and may be retained to cover the reserved appointment time and administrative/staff time allocated.
A 60-minute in-person appointment designed to learn more about your needs, goals, and health history. During this visit, our team may review your concerns, discuss available options, and provide select services if clinically appropriate.Please note that some requested services may require medical clearance, lab review, provider approval, or an additional appointment at a later time before treatment can be provided.

Biomarker testing provides insight into key health markers such as hormones, metabolic function, inflammation, nutrient status, organ function, and overall wellness trends. These labs may help guide treatment consideration, provider evaluation, personalized wellness planning, lifestyle recommendations, and provider-supervised care.
