A simple introductory phone call with a member of our team for new patients who are unable to come into the office or prefer to connect remotely. During this call, we’ll learn more about your goals, answer general questions, and help guide you through next steps. We are happy to provide 100% remote services when appropriate.

Appointment Reservation Fee Policy: A $50 appointment reservation fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee may be applied toward medical clearance, administrative intake, provider review, and/or staff time allocated for your appointment.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, the $50 reservation fee is non-refundable and may be retained to cover the reserved appointment time and administrative/staff time allocated.

A 60-minute in-person appointment designed to learn more about your needs, goals, and health history. These labs may help guide treatment consideration, provider evaluation, personalized wellness planning, lifestyle recommendations, and provider-supervised care.
