The first time you sechedule online, you will be asked to leave a card on file and prompted to pay. After confirming your appointment, you will be sent an email with directions to sign into the portal to complete your online forms.

*Douros Healthy Weight Institute will not be billing insurance directly. However, a superbill/receipt will be created for each patient and accessible in the portal. Patients will be able to submit their bills for reimbursement and/or apply this money towards their deductibles.
