This is the first consultation where we will analyze your body composition and discuss what the best treatment plan for your needs will be. Balanced Body Health and Wellness is not contracted with any insurance companies.  The initial consultation fee is $150.00.

Schedule this appointment for your initial consultation.  There is a $100 non refundable deposit that will be used toward the cost of the special.  Plan to spend 60 minutes and be sure to complete all paperwork prior to your appointment arrival.
